hotel is very clean and service is good. it took 15 minutes to reach moriah beach on foot.

My check-in was pleasang - they offered to keep my luggage until check-in - I like the safe in the room and fridge!
I am sorry to say that the patio in my room had bird $*&@ on it and when I complain about this - expected them to clean it right away..However the next day I had to ask again -- and then again three hours later -- had to insist on a new room - they said it was full -- which was a lie -- coz they finally did give me the same size room just on another floor -

The hotel had a family environment. Good for families with childeren.
It was overpriced. The cleanliness of the room was a matter of concern. The carpets were all stained.

Size of the room(s) and the quality of the breakfast, dinner buffets. Good parking facilities and great service at front desk.
There is a chance that the room we had had bedbugs, as we ended up with red welts the following day. But, to be fair, there is a chance we may have encountered them in another hotel the previous night.

Teh hotel showed some flexility. When we said that we would have to leave early the next day, they prepared small boxes with breakfest for us.
The bed was very unconfortable.

The location is fine and the rooms were clean although a little basic.
We were staying at the hotel on business so I rang up to confirm that there was Wifi available in the rooms, was told "Yes" and discovered that this was not the case after we had booked in. Breakfast was a a scramble and it looked like a herd of elephants had been through it. On Sunday night the bar had closed by 1000 and is not well stocked. This is very much a family hotel and there were 96 children staying whilst we were there - if you want a quiet relaxing time this is not the hotel for you!

The breakfast is outstanding, parking is free, and wifi is free and fast.
We had room 344 for two days. It was noisy because on the street side, and we spent the night from Thursday to Friday, which is the noisiest time of the week as the beginning of the weekend. People gathered below our window and made noise until 3:30 in the morning. The security staff did its best, but that was not sufficient to prevent some drunk assholes from shouting at night and wake us up. The hotel is a known place for tourist bus drivers night stay, and two of them, also shouting in the corridor of 3rd floor, woke us up at night. These people should be clealy segregated in dedicated floors of the hotel, to my opinion.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The morning meal had variety and was delicious.
The pool was closed. People were smoking and loud...this is not the hotel's fault.
